A-1074, legislation that prohibits teens 16 and under from tanning indoors, was signed by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.  Under the new law, all tanning participants must be 18 years of age or older. 

 

 

Due to New York State Law & Spring Creek Athletic Club policy:

 

All clients will be required to sign a consent form every 12 months.
 
All clients will be required to have a consent form signed in the presence of a Spring Creek Athletic Club employee, every 12 months.
All clients will be required to show a valid photo ID verifying their identity and date of birth.
All clients will be required to show FDA approved eyewear at EACH visit.

 

No person under the age of 18 may tan in UV tanning units.
