Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Very low impact and slow moving, geared towards those 65 and older. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a rubber ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The class is designed a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
A muscle building, cardio pounding timed exercise class which forces both the positive and the negative range of motion throughout the given exercise. Each participant moves from one piece of selectorized equipment to the next after breaking down the muscle being trained, followed by cardio conditioning while burning the sugar build up within the muscle.
Stretching for all levels. Never think that you are not flexible enough to do the stretches or don’t know how to do them. Stretching is an ongoing practice. Modifications are given for all the stretches which you can adapt to your physical situation. Remember: You are where you are. This class will be a combination of static and dynamic stretches taken from western and eastern disciplines; Relaxing!
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi improves balance and reduces falls.
A non-impact workout that can be enjoyed by participants of all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing a specially designed stationary bike, Group Cycling classes target both the body and mind in a unique exercise program.
Research has shown that an average 40-60 minute Group Cycling workout will burn about 500-800 calories. The amount of calories burned by each individual will vary, depending on the intensity and duration of the workout.
Designed to strengthen and condition your entire body. This class will challenge all your major muscle groups by using exercises such as squats, chest presses, lunges, push-ups, rows, curls, etc.
